Mental Health Resource Library
Welcome to Autism Nova Scotia's Free Mental Health Resource Library!
Finding accurate mental health information and resources for Autistic people can be difficult. Autism Nova Scotia’s Pinwheel Wellness Centre (Mental Health Services) works to create accessible mental health services for Autistic adults in Nova Scotia. Part of this work is creating free and accessible Mental Health Resources on this free library.
We have a growing list of Mental Health resources that are developed for Autistic people, caregivers, professionals, and anyone who may need accessible information on topics of Mental Health.
This mental health library provides free resources on a variety of different topics. We have broken the resources down into categories for ease in viewing the relevant resources you are looking for.
Note: Although all these resources were created by health education and mental health professionals the resources are not meant to be used instead of or as a replacement to seeking professional services from a mental health professional.
If you are seeking mental health services and are an Autistic adult (19+) and live in Nova Scotia. Please connect with Pinwheel Wellness Centre: https://www.autismnovascotia.ca/programs/pinwheel-wellness-centre/
