Ways to use the resource:
One-on-one with a learner or in a group setting with multiple learner(s)

Have learner(s) brainstorm what they know about menstruation and menstrual care (menstrual products, common things people experience as a result of their period, etc.). After the brainstorming review the information sheet with the learner(s) and have a discussion about the sheet. Address any misconceptions as needed.

Provide learner(s) with an information sheet and allow time for them to review it independently or in groups, then have a facilitated discussion.
